The Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital Auxiliary was formed in 1982 to encourage and support volunteerism at the hospital. It has also played a major role by assisting with parties/cook-outs, sponsoring the Employee of the Month, Employee of the year, and cosponsoring with Hospital Volunteer Services Program the Annual Recognition Program.
